SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm PST or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $18
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $35
• Free standard shipping on orders over $100

International Shipping:

• We currently ship to select international destinations
• Shipping rates calculated at checkout
• Delivery times vary by destination (7-21 business days)
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Megmstone purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Full refund issued to original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Discovery Kits and sale items are final sale

How to Return:

1. Contact us at getit@megmstone.online to initiate a return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
3. Package your items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided (we recommend tracking)
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at getit@megmstone.online with photos of the damage.

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. For damaged items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
• We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately
• No need to return the damaged product
