DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed before 12pm PST ship the same business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at getit@megmstone.online.

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (typically 7-21 business days).

Important Information for International Customers:

• Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer
• We cannot provide estimates for these fees - contact your local customs office
• Packages may be delayed at customs - this is beyond our control
• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by customs

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at getit@megmstone.online. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
